Make Books With Friends (HAUNTED REELS feat. David Lawson Jr)

Not only are we delighted to welcome special guest David Lawson Jr from Rustic Films back to the pod, but this episode marks his induction into our own Five-Timer's Club!

David was our first special guest (way back in our SHE DIES TOMORROW episode), and now a few years later he's back to discuss the horror anthology he has curated for Dark Matter Ink: HAUNTED REELS! We talk a bit about our favorite horror movie anthologies along the way, but mainly we're here to celebrate the release of a very special collection. David's assembled an amazing lineup of contributors that includes several creators we've talked about on the pod before (Justin Benson, Aaron Moorhead, Ariel Vida, C. Robert Cargill, Graham Skipper, Gary Sherman and many, many more), and we're absolutely delighted for everyone involved.

You can see the full table of contents and order a copy directly from the publisher at this link:

We hope everyone enjoys the chat with David, we hope everyone picks up a copy of the book, and as always thanks so much for listening!

Our hosts Nick and Jake also released their own horror fiction anthology a couple years ago, which is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble but you can pick up a copy from Bookshop here:
